- Authentication Information: When you authenticate via Google SSO or Apple SSO, we receive your email address and basic profile information from these providers.
- Property Information: Listing addresses you provide when uploading rooms for staging.
- Images: Photographs of vacant rooms you upload to the Service.
- Room Information: Room types and style preferences you select during the staging process.
- Payment Information: Payment details processed through Stripe (we do not store your credit card information).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Usage Data: Information about your interactions with the Service, such as upload timestamps, generation requests, and download activity.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and the page you visited before navigating to the Service.
- Session Data: Anonymous session identifiers used to link uploads prior to authentication.

5. Use of Uploaded Images
5.1 Image Processing
Images you upload are processed through our AI models to generate virtually staged versions. Your original images and generated images are stored in Firebase Storage for the purpose of delivering the Service.
5.2 Model Training
We may use uploaded images and their corresponding generated outputs to improve and train our AI models. Images used for training are anonymized and cannot be linked back to your account.
5.3 Image Retention
We retain your uploaded images and generated images for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your images by contacting us at hello@luxurytransformations.vip.
6. AI Disclosure Metadata
Generated images may contain optional metadata indicating they were created using artificial intelligence. This metadata is enabled by default but can be disabled upon request. The inclusion or exclusion of this metadata does not affect your obligations to comply with MLS disclosure requirements.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
- Encryption of data at rest in Firebase Storage
- Firebase App Check to prevent unauthorized access
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data
- Regular security assessments and monitoring
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:
- Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
- Uploaded images and generated images are retained for the duration of your account unless you request deletion.

- Abuse prevention data (IP hashes, session identifiers) expires after 48 hours via automatic time-to-live (TTL) counters.
